Terms & Conditions

Theory Teacher UK is an independent learning and practice tool. We are not DVSA and do not represent ourselves as an official government service.

Service scope

Our questions are original practice questions designed to help learners prepare for the UK driving theory test. They are not official DVSA test questions.

Access products include the Personal Readiness Report and the 30-Day Theory Practice Plan. These products provide learning support, scores, explanations, study guidance and practice features. They do not guarantee passing the official DVSA theory test.

English-first learning support

Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, and Romanian support inside Theory Teacher UK is for explanation only. The official UK theory test remains in English or Welsh, with BSL support where applicable.

Paid access and learner responsibility

Paid access is digital access, not a recurring subscription. The Personal Readiness Report is a one-off paid product. The 30-Day Theory Practice Plan provides 30 days of access from activation.

Learners should use the same learner email for checkout, restore access, support, and result-email flows. Some saved report and progress features are browser-based on the current device, so changing browser storage or device can affect what remains available locally.

If automatic payment confirmation or access restoration does not complete properly, the learner should use the support route or email teacher@747healthcare.com for help.

Refunds and limits

Refund requests are handled under the digital-access refund policy shown on this site. Technical access failure, duplicate payment, or a material mismatch between the live product and the checkout description may be reviewed. Not passing the official DVSA theory test on its own is not grounds for a refund.

Official decisions

Users are responsible for ensuring that their own test bookings, preparation decisions and official test arrangements are made through GOV.UK and relevant official channels.
