This page explains what learner information Theory Teacher UK uses in the live product and why. Theory Teacher UK is an independent learning tool, not DVSA.

What we collect

Theory Teacher UK may collect the learner name, learner email, selected support language, practice mode, scores, weak areas, saved report details, review messages, support messages, and restore-access details that are entered into the site.

In the current app, profile details, paid-access state, saved report data, progress history, and free-sample usage are mainly stored locally in the browser on that device so the learner can continue where they left off.

How we use it

We use learner data to run the practice app, show reports, restore paid access, send support replies, send result summary or study reminder emails when the learner email flow is used, and review private testimonials that are submitted through the site.

Theory Teacher UK may also use site analytics when that measurement is enabled on the live site. This can include page views, button clicks, checkout starts, purchases, and similar product-use signals.

Payments and providers

Payment card details should be handled by the secure checkout provider used for the purchase flow. Theory Teacher UK should not store raw card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes directly.

Theory Teacher UK may rely on third-party service providers for website hosting, secure checkout, and email delivery for result summaries, reminders, reviews, or support handling.

Storage and retention

Browser-stored progress can be lost if the learner clears browser storage, changes browser, or changes device. Email, support, review, and payment-related records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to deliver access, answer support requests, manage refunds, prevent misuse, and keep basic business records.

Your choices

If you want Theory Teacher UK to review, correct, or delete support, review, or email records held outside your own browser, contact teacher@747healthcare.com from the relevant learner email where possible.
