Separate terms for separate ancillary services.

Candidate registration for work opportunities is free. We do not charge candidates to find or try to find work. Our paid services are optional preparation services only. Buying a paid service is not required to register with us and does not guarantee work, interviews, sponsorship, a visa outcome or placement.

What you are buying

  • Readiness review, CV preparation, interview preparation, document organisation or DBS admin support as described before purchase.
  • Pricing shown before payment, for example £49 or £149 packages.
  • Delivery scope and expected turnaround stated before work starts.

What you are not buying

  • Priority access to jobs or interviews
  • A visa route or immigration advice
  • A guarantee of work, sponsorship, visa outcome or placement

Cancellation, refunds and complaints

  • You can cancel before work starts for a full refund.
  • If work has already started, any refund should reflect the unused part of the service and should not include a penalty charge.
  • DBS support will only be offered where the role and circumstances are eligible for the appropriate level of check.
  • Paid-service confirmations should repeat that the service is optional and not a recruitment fee.
  • These draft terms should be reviewed by a solicitor before live checkout is launched.
